Our program is designed to teach young children in a way that reflects how children typically develop. It is an active
and noisy program, and this is due to our developmentally appropriate practices. We have a variety of learning
activities available to the children and they are free to move among them during our free play time. These choices
empower children to take control of their own learning. Our equipment and materials are used in a creative and
innovative way that meets each child’s individual developmental needs. Our program also includes time for art,
story time, outdoor play, devotional time, and music + movement.
Research has taught us that children at this age learn best through direct interactive experiences. HMC strives to
provide young children with a learning environment in which they feel comfortable and can function to their fullest
capacity.
Our classroom cirrculum emphasizes age appropriate, hands on activities.
We use monthly themes to support the childrens learning in language, reading,
writing, science and math. Using a combination of activities and
curriculum we help the children achieve milestones appropriate for their age in
the areas of social skills, language, cognitive, speach, fine and gross motor
skills, self help, and play. Our desire is to is to have your child love
school, be good listeners, to share and cooperate with others, to be self
confident and to be ready for Kindergarten.

- $150.00 per month for the 3 year olds Tuesday/Thursday program
- $170.00 per month for the 4 year olds Monday/Wednesday/Friday program
- $65.00 Registration fee for new students (non-refundable)
- $50.00 Registration fee for returning students (non-refundable)
- $5.00 per day for early drop off (9:05 or 12:05)
- $12.00 per day for stay and play (Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 2:00pm)
